Will I receive the same product that I see in the image?

At HomeDeco Bali, we pride ourselves on handcrafting all of our products with meticulous attention to detail and a deep respect for nature. However, due to the nature of artisanal production, there may be slight variations between the products shown on our website and those received by our customers. We kindly ask our visitors and customers to accept these subtle differences as a testament to the authentic craftsmanship behind each item. These unique nuances not only add character but also highlight the individuality of each piece, making it truly unique. We believe this personal touch enhances the beauty and value of our products, fostering a deeper connection between our customers and the natural world.

Where can I see my purchase receipt?

Your purchase receipt, whether order confirmation, shipping confirmation or invoice, will be sent by email to the email address known to us. They can also be found on our website after you have logged in.

How can I return an item?

To facilitate a hassle-free return process, we kindly request our customers to follow the following guidelines. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date and the item must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt and in perfect, undamaged condition. Unfortunately, returns received after the 14-day period, or that show signs of damage, will not be accepted. Additionally, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To ensure efficient processing, we require customers to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item. This unique identifier must be clearly marked on the return package. Customers can request an RMA number by contacting us through our contact form. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these procedures to facilitate a seamless returns experience.

Will you restock items listed as "out of stock"?

In the event that an item is listed as "out of stock" on our website, please be assured that we are committed to replenishing our inventory with the exact items whenever possible. However, we ask for patience from our valued visitors as the replenishment process may take up to 2-3 months. At our company, we pride ourselves on continually improving our offering and as such popular items may be replaced with even more exceptional or improved versions.
